This Soozier power rack cage is highly adjustable, widely versatile, and has durable materials. Not only can be performed on the mainframe including squats, bench presses, pull up /chin up /push up etc. It is also equipped with an upper and lower pulley system for lat pulls down, bicep curl, and seated rowing. 15 different places to set up your barbell rest hooks and parallel bars ensure you can adapt the design to your convenience.
