At The Brick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, our flexible return policy allows for exchanges or refunds on most items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom with your original receipt and order number to begin the return process.

  Condition Assessment

  Ensure all furniture, appliances, and electronics are in original, showroom condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our delivery team will coordinate a convenient time to inspect and collect the product directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our distribution center, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, minus any applicable delivery fees.
